Accessibility in SD83
SD83 is committed to creating learning and working environments where everyone can participate fully and feel a sense of belonging. Guided by the Accessible British Columbia Act, the District continues to identify, remove, and prevent barriers that may affect students, staff, families, and community members.
The District's Accessibility Plan outlines priorities and actions that support greater accessibility across schools, facilities, programs, services, and communication. This is ongoing work, and community input is an important part of helping the District understand where improvements can be made.
Students, families, employees, and community members are encouraged to visit the Accessibility in SD83 webpage to learn more about the District's accessibility efforts, review the District Accessibility Plan, and share feedback or suggestions through the Accessibility Feedback Form.
